1. Purpose:The deposit policy outlined below is designed to protect both the interests of the party rental business and its clients by establishing clear guidelines regarding deposits for rental services.
2. Deposit: The deposit amount is to be based off the invoice total and will be communicated to the client at the time of booking. c. The deposit must be paid in full by the client within 24 hours to secure the reservation.
3. Non-Refundable Deposit:a. The deposit paid by the client is non-refundable, except in the case of extreme weather conditions that make it impossible or unsafe to proceed with the rental service. b. The decision to refund the deposit due to extreme weather conditions will be made at the sole discretion of the party rental business. c. In the event of extreme weather conditions, the client must notify the party rental business as soon as possible to discuss the possibility of a refund.
4. Severe Storms and Extreme Weather Conditions:a. Severe storms and extreme weather conditions refer to situations such as heavy rainstorms, high winds, lightning storms, or any other weather events that pose a significant risk to the safety of individuals or property. b. The party rental business reserves the right to determine whether the weather conditions qualify as severe storms or extreme and warrant a refund of the deposit. c. In the event of severe storms or extreme weather conditions, the party rental business will work with the client to reschedule the rental service if possible, without incurring any additional charges.
5. Client Responsibilities:a. Clients are responsible for monitoring weather forecasts leading up to the scheduled rental service. b. In the event of impending extreme weather conditions, clients must contact the party rental business to discuss options for rescheduling or cancelling the reservation.
6. Deposit Application:a. The deposit paid by the client will be applied towards the total cost of the rental service. b. Any remaining balance after deducting the deposit must be paid by the client according to the payment terms specified by the party rental business.
7. Reservation Cancellation:a. Clients may cancel their reservation at any time, with at least two weeks' notice prior to the scheduled rental service. b. If the client cancels the reservation with at least two weeks' notice, the deposit will be credited to their next booking with the party rental business. c. Cancellations made within two weeks of the scheduled rental service will result in forfeiture of the deposit, unless due to severe storms or extreme weather conditions as outlined in this policy. d. The party rental business reserves the right to determine whether the cancellation qualifies for the deposit credit based on the provided notice period.
8. Policy Review and Amendments:a. This deposit policy is subject to periodic review and may be amended by the party rental business at any time. b. Clients will be notified of any changes to the deposit policy in
advance.
9. Agreement:By booking a rental service with our party rental business, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with the terms outlined in this deposit policy.

1. Purpose:The damage deposit policy outlined below is established to protect the party rental business against any potential damage to equipment rented by clients and to ensure the proper care and handling of the rented items.
2. Damage Deposit Requirement:a. Upon delivery of the rented equipment by our party rental business, a damage deposit in cash will be required in addition to the rental fee. b. The damage deposit amount will be determined based on the value and quantity of the rented equipment and will be communicated to the client at the time of delivery. c. The damage deposit must be paid in full by the client in cash at the time of delivery to secure the reservation.
3. Refundable Deposit:a. The damage deposit paid by the client is refundable upon satisfactory inspection of the rented equipment at the end of the rental period. b. The deposit will be refunded to the client in cash before the rented equipment is collected by our party rental business, minus any deductions for damages or missing items.
4. Damage Assessment:a. A thorough inspection of the rented equipment will be conducted by a representative of the party rental business before and after the rental period. b. Any damages or missing items will be documented and assessed by the representative. c. The client will be informed of any damages or missing items and the corresponding deductions from the damage deposit.
5. Client Responsibilities:a. Clients are responsible for the proper care and handling of the rented equipment during the rental period. b. Clients must notify the party rental business immediately of any damages or issues encountered with the equipment during the rental period. c. Clients are liable for any damages to the equipment beyond normal wear and tear.
6. Deposit Application:a. The damage deposit paid by the client in cash will be held by the party rental business until the completion of the rental period and inspection of the equipment. b. Any deductions from the damage deposit will be made based on the assessment of damages or missing items as outlined in this policy.
7. Deposit Refund Process:a. Upon satisfactory inspection of the rented equipment at the end of the rental period, the damage deposit will be refunded to the client in cash minus any applicable deductions. b. Clients will receive a detailed breakdown of any deductions made from the damage deposit along with the refund.
